I would like to share with you the extra functions available with the hosted email service that come with CGW3 hosting which can enhance your communication experience and productivity.
Some key benefits of your hosted Email:
Webmail
You can access your email account and send/receive emails from any internet browser anywhere in the world via the Webmail portal:

Out of Office/Autoresponder
You can set an Out of Office message to let people know when you are away or maybe if a member of staff leaves to ask people to use another email address etc.
You can set your Out of Office message in the Webmail portal.

Change your Password
It is always a good idea to change your online passwords on a regular basis, your email account is definitely one I would recommend you change over time to be safe.
You can change your Email Password in the Webmail portal.

Add an Email Signature for Webmail
Within the Webmail portal you can setup an Email Signature, just as you do in your Email application.
This ensures all emails you send have the same details such as your Name, Business and Contact details whether you are using Outlook on your computer, Mail on your smartphone or Webmail.

Increase Email Storage
Every hosted Email account comes with 10GB of storage.
If you find you are nearing the default 10GB you can clear out some old emails and empty your Deleted and Spam folders to save on space, but if over time you still are near the limit you can upgrade your Mailbox storage in 10GB increments for £20 a year per account.
You will receive notice emails as you reach 90%/95% to let you know you are getting close to your storage limit. You can also check your storage in the Webmail portal.

Premium Mail
If you would like even more storage in one go then you can upgrade to Premium Mail which includes 50GB for £60 a year per account.
Premium Mail not only gives you all that extra space but also syncs your Calendar and Contacts alongside your Email so you can seamlessly manage your schedule and contacts across multiple devices and popular mail clients like Outlook, Apple Mail and Gmail.
Email Account Backups
An optional add-on service for email account backups.
This service retains backups of all your hosted email accounts for 30 days. In the event of accidental deletion or loss of important emails, this backup facility allows for easy restoration.

Google Business and Microsoft/Office 365 Email
A number of clients choose to integrate their email with comprehensive office software suites like Microsoft Office or Google’s Workspace. This integration allows them to take full advantage of features such as Outlook Calendar, Contacts, and Email, along with other productivity tools.
I have extensive experience setting up these email services for numerous clients and would be more than happy to assist you if you decide to go this route.
My support in setting this up comes at no additional cost; however, please note that Google and Microsoft charge a monthly fee of approximately £5 per person.
